The cottage - a surfer's house - is located in a recreational area near the Adamov Lakes. The year-round inhabited building, thanks to its glass wall, creates perfect contact with the garden, a view of the lake and the sky, and thanks to its southwest orientation, it is a source of heat in the winter months. Thanks to passive solar gains and above-standard thermal insulation, the monthly operating costs of the building are minimal.
